Nice little write up in the Guardian and Mail on Sunday, featuring 73, Chester Square, Belgravia, London, the old residence of Barroness Margret Thatcher. This house is on the market for a cool £30m having had a multi million pound refurbishment and now, amongst other amazing features, boasts a bespoke lift, designed and installed in house at HOUSTWAY.

Working directly with the luxurary developer, Leconfield, after a recommendation from the architect PEEK Architecture, a lng standard client of HOISTWAY's, we were commissioned to design a lift that suited this period building but with a luxurious and modern twist.

The cost of the property are testament to the quality of the product and finish, thorughout but Leconfield like the lift design we presented so much, they have commissioned a second lift with HOISTWAY to be installed at 24, Chester Square.

If you'd like to speak with the HOISTWAY design team about a similar project bried, please feel free to contact us via the contact us page and you will recevie a call back within a minutes.
