Hoistway has been supplying elevator products across the marketplace since 2001, with a reputation for excellent customer service. By consistently delivering on time and on budget, the company has grown from humble beginnings in 2001, to becoming a primary lift supplier, operating nationwide.

We operate from Bristol, Cardiff, and our head office is in Martock, Somerset, covering all the UK and beyond. We have multiple installations in London, Scotland, the North and Midlands, and even as far afield as Gibraltar, Sweden and Bermuda. We look after lifts for clients across the UK, offering every service from a full lift modernisation to simple adjustment service contracts. Every client’s need is specific, so regardless of whether you have one lift or look after a portfolio of lifts across the country, we can offer everything from simple individual service visits to bespoke multi-unit contracts, one off small repairs, to full modernisations.

For us, every project is a bespoke design to fulfil the exact customer brief. Our customers are everywhere, and so are we! We have replaced the lifts in Bristol's two tallest buildings- the Radisson Blu Hotel and The Colston Tower, installed the bespoke lifts in the new Mary Rose Museum in Portsmouth and Exeter Chiefs Rugby club. Hoistway lifts can also be found in various schools and universities, hospitals, nursing homes, office developments, student accommodation and private homes- large and small. Everyday thousands of people travel in safety and comfort via Hoistway products.
