If you already have a lift under a service contract, check what attendees actually do pro-actively to try and reduce the prospect of call outs or entrapments.
Also consider how findings are communicated; we offer constant points of contact by phone and / or e mail, and we receive engineer report sheets electronically in real time. This permits a high level of communication and prompt attention to any potential problems; all contributing to the elimination of service downtime.
For Hoistway service we will quote you the cost of carrying out the work and that means preventative pro-active engineering maintenance. We can arrange a maintenance contract that includes scheduled visits and inspections tailored to your usage, as well as an emergency number for out of hours calls. We will visit site to inspect your lift and discuss pricing. Ultimately, as the customer, you decide how your service contract will run.
It's our job to advise you on the options and potential consequences of differing levels of maintenance. We will inform our customers over the entire spectrum of lift related topics; from SAFed to risk assessments on existing conditions, equipment, etc. We understand that if we can reduce the number of call outs by value based maintenance, you save money and we keep our customer... that's good business!
SAFed Testing is available for your peace of mind and is sometimes a requirement that may be stipulated by your insurers to ensure your lift will continue to run in a safe condition, and qualify for related certification.
