HOISTWAY have been successful in securing the lift installation works for the latest large extension of the area’s largest airport. As part of HOISTWAY’s ongoing partnership with the multinational construction company Balfour Beatty Construction, HOISTWAY will be installing one new passenger lift on the air side of the terminal, one new staff lift to serve the new staff quarters and two new 2000kg goods passenger lifts, which one complete will be the main route in and out of the airport for all deliveries. The successful bid was won through a mixture of innovative engineering and high quality lift product. We look forward to welcoming all new arrivals into Bristol Airport from the Summer of 2016.
