At Hoistway, we will quote you the cost of carrying out the service and that means preventative pro-active engineering maintenance. We can arrange a maintenance contract that includes scheduled visits and inspections tailored to your usage as well as an emergency number for out of hours calls.
Ultimately, as the customer, you decide how your service contract will run. We will advise you of all the options together with the appropriate prices. We will visit the site to inspect the lift and are happy to discuss the entire spectrum of lift related topics.
We operate throughout the South West with a team of technicians who back up our usual service engineers. Our service teams that carry out the planned maintenance operate a 24/7 service. Each team has a modern, fully equipped vehicle with all the tools and spares required to attend to the routine day to day servicing and breakdowns. Our engineers are trained and qualified on all types and manufacture of lifts from simple goods hoists to large, multi group, high-speed installation.
Furthermore as a company, we have built up good purchasing relations with all the other lift manufacturers within the market and therefore the procurement of spare parts would cause little concern.
