once it is established you need a new lift Hoistway will assign a project manager to assist you with the entire process the project manager, will schedule regular meetings to ensure you are happy with how things are proceeding good communication is key to a smooth efficient installation.
Your project manager will stay with you from start to finish ensuring continuity throughout the whole process.

We will assist in choosing the right lift for your building working with your Architect/specifier.

The fun part, all our lifts come with a dazzling choice of finishes. All parts of the car from floor to ceiling have options, you can chose, different colours or textures specify lighting, match accessories (handrails pushbuttons etc) in fact you should be able to perfectly match almost any environment be it at work or even in the home.

Once your selections have been made the new lift will be engineered for you and your project manager will schedule a date for your installation to commence.

Hoistway will then furnish you with a schedule of work and we will commence with the removal of the old lift and installation of the new one our staff will do their upmost to ensure a smooth change over with the minimum of mess and disruption of course you may have to use the stairs for a while, but that is to be expected.

After a consultation with you, to ensure total satisfaction, the process complete, Hoistway will hand over your new lift.
