Chris has now become our head of sales he has brought to the job a level of expertise well beyond the norm he can help and advise at every stage of your installation from working with plans and specifying the best lift to suit your needs to the selection of colours and accessories needed to finish your lift Chris’s experience means you can order your lift with complete confidence.
We are based in a majestic listed building although our modern offices reflect our attitude to business - old style customer service allied to state of the art technology, encompassing customer satisfaction in the process of installation, modernization and maintenance of lifts.
We have predominantly supplied sub contract services to the major lift companies for new installations and refurbishments. End customers have included Marks and Spencer's, Lloyds Bank, Boots the Chemist, Waterstone's, etc.
We felt that, as a progressive company, the services that we offer to other companies should be widened to include supervision, design and supply, and that ultimately, we must generate our own end customers.
As a consequence of this, in February 2004 we applied for and achieved Notified Body Approval via Plant Safety Ltd. This has enabled us to offer the full range of lift related services to end users. We now count builders, consultants, factories, nursing homes, etc. Amongst our valued customers throughout Wales and the South of England.
