Hoistway offer a complete refurbishment package for tired lift cars- this can include modernisation of the lift motor and running gear, or if necessary, complete replacement of the existing lift systems.

Hoistway offer Service Contracts that will help to extend the life of your lift, including maintenance for lifts that are desperate for car and 24 hours breakdown cover.

MRL Traction
The classic "roped machine room less lift" the motor and running gear are all either mounted on or contained within the lift shaft, so reducing vibration and noise. Hoistway offer a choice of six energy efficient gearless motors and an array of car finishes that range from standard to bespoke. A Good all round lift for almost any project.

MRL Hydraulic
A medium lift, medium rise, Hydraulic machine room less lift. Clever design and wide choice of finish combine to make this elevator ideal for use as a replacement for an older style machine room lift. The MRL Hydraulic is engineered to use the same fixing points as a traditional hydraulic lift. The hydraulic and electrical components are accessible on the landings reducing the need to enter the shaft for maintenance.
STD Hydraulic
The Standard Hydraulic lift requires a machine room to house its motors and hydraulic gear, the machine room can be located in different places, but it is generally placed next to the top or bottom of the lift shaft. The standard Hydraulic lift is only fitted where space is not an issue. Hydraulic lifts are a type of elevator used for light/medium traffic. Options include Goods and fire-fighters lift.
Low Cost Lifts
"The personal lift" The DL version of our low cost lift is ideal for use in the home allowing access to the upper floors of your property. The XL a larger lift is a favorite for use in retail and care homes; designed for minimal maintenance (a dedicated 240 volt power supply is all that is required). The Domus lift range is fully DDA & M2 compliant offering a low Cost solution to your access problems
Service Lifts
Half height unattended trolley lifts from 50kgs - 1500kgs. Designed to carry Goods and in some cases people, Service elevators including the classic dumb waiters for quick delivery from kitchen to restaurant. Stylish solutions for just about any venue.
